Elaine Doyle founder of Relaxed Approach is an advocate of the therapeutic, personal development and spiritual benefits gained from regular meditation.
Elaine is a previous self confessed "control freak" and "stress head". Her working background started out in corporate IT in the mining and banking sectors. A public speaker, community volunteer (who
couldn't say no), wife and mother of 3 (one child with an anxiety disorder). Elaine's life was totally turned around by the benefit of meditation. Where once she was swept up by the mayhem of her busy life. After learning to meditate can now find space and stillness. This allows her to love the life around her (good or bad), enhancing relationships, thinking clearer, focusing and moving forward. Elaine says, "I still have my core responsibilities, interests and passions but now enjoy life and feel I am really living it".
Elaine's focus is now on helping others "Minimise Stress - Maximise Life" by teaching meditation skills through her Relaxed Approach business. Developing others to emerge as confident and professional communicators by coaching and training public speaking skills through her Train to Speak business.
Elaine holds a diploma of Therapeutic Meditation (Therapeutic Relaxation). She has researched and studied the positive therapeutic and personal development effects of cognitive self interventions and meditation. Recently Elaine was fortunate to attend a workshop by celebrated psychologist and founder of Positive Psychology Dr Martin Seligman.
Elaine's meditation studies began 9 years ago and is a continual student of meditation. Meditation is not a skill to be "ticked off" or a "gained qulification" but is a continual enhancement of your life, a life long learning journey.
